Residents can use the app to report illegally dumped rubbish, car wrecks, road defects, problems on playgrounds and vandalism in general. The municipality claims to receive nearly 200 reports a month, 97% of which get taken care of within days. So far, 84% of cases have been successfully resolved. The Újbuda app can be downloaded via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store as well.
