The Bartók District is in downtown Újbuda (District XI). Its heart is Bartók Béla Street, but the district spreads from the riverside and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics all the way to Karinthy Frigyes Street. Organised around the idea of the 15-minute city, residents of the district have access to all major services and institutions within a 15-minute walk. A buzzing area full of restaurants and cafés, galleries and art studios, civic initiatives and educational programmes, the neighbourhood has something on offer for everyone.
